Eventbrite – broadcast emails, invitations and announcements, and integrate with social media
ReadyTalk – host a conference call w/the capability to tape and to have a visual presentation
Animoto – makes photos into a video with music w/out having to shoot video
Skype – run a program off Skype for business meetings or present a speaker
UStream – use for live video streaming for events
Facebook and Twitter – top social media tools to inform and engage about your work
